St. Mark’s No. 118 - 100 Year Re-Consecration & Celebration Banquet  
 
Share an afternoon of ceremony with the members of St. Mark’s Lodge 118 and Grand Lodge while they re-consecrate the Lodge after 100 years of masonry. Then an evening celebration that includes a historical retrospect and presentations about the Lodge’s first 100 years. Inspiration to be provided during the banquet with wise words from St Mark’s very own member and Grand Master. Following the banquet, there will be a live entertainment with a 10-piece band, silent auction and door prizes. So plan to stay for the evening and celebrate with us!

Appetizer: Stracci Rosso e Bianco - one Crepe Stuffed with Ricotta and Spinach with  
Alfredo Sauce, Second Crepe Stuffed with Veal and Pork with Tomato Sauce  
 
Entree Choices: (one per person): 
Entree No. 1 - Bone-In 12 oz. Rib Steak - served with warm tri-color fingerling potato salad with sweet onion, sautéed baby vegetables, and pinot noir sauce. (gluten free)  
Entree No. 2 - Chicken Supreme Entree - grilled herb and garlic marinated supreme breast of chicken. Served with yukon gold and wild mushroom, potato hash and seasonal vegetables. (gluten free)  
Entrée No. 3 - Atlantic Salmon Fillet - ponzu glazed, served with sweet chili and ginger stewed bok choy and organic pearl jasmine rice cake. (gluten free)  
Dessert: Le Club Sandwich - grenada chocolate meringue mousse with coconut and strawberry between layers of vanilla sponge cake.  
 
COMMEMORATIVE TIES & BOW TIES 
Leading up to our 100th year celebration, commemorative ties and bow ties will be available to purchase. You can buy one at any Lodge meeting before the event or on the day of the Re-Consecration.
